Ok first off answer me this. Are you running UIX while trying to transfer the file from your box??? Yes you are. I know b/c i did the same thing. But anyway when ur in Uix the english file is the only one that wont transfer(cause its in use). You need to go into another program with ftp ability or just extract it from the original .rar files for uix.
